Fly Point Social Dive/Snorkel & BBQ

Come join us for a social dive (or snorkel) at Fly Point followed by a BBQ at Carol Rotary Park!

9.30 10:00am: Leave Newcastle
11:00 am: Arrive at Fly Point and get your gear ready.
11:40pm: Dive Time
01:00pm: BBQ lunch and banter in the park. (Or fish and chips)

Some things you need to know:

1. There are no dive guides, dive in your own buddy pairs. Just stick behind divers who know how to navigate the site if you aren't sure. It's a pretty easy site and we will give a brief overview before the dive.
2. Snorkelers also welcome on this trip, Fly Point is a great snorkel site!
3. Hire gear at normal gear store times (5pm-6pm Tuesday and Friday).
4. Return gear within 7 days washed and with a full cylinder as normal.
5. You are welcome to bring some beers to the BBQ but make sure you are under your legal limit if you are driving home.
6. Transport needs to be self-organised (there will be a carpooling post on the N.U.D.E.S. facebook group to find people to travel with)
7. Open to 2018 NUDES Members only, ticket cost covers the BBQ.
8. If you want to come for the dive but can't stay for the BBQ make sure you get a free ticket so we can make sure there is enough gear for everyone.
